Please provide: your name, CARD GAME ID, email address, date of birth, and mailing address, along with the City, State, Country and Date of the event that you qualified at. In order to help us with your inquiry, please also include “WCQ Error List” and your name and COSSY ID in the subject of your email.
Please only submit an email request if your name appears on the Error List, or if the event you qualified at is highlighted and your name does not appear in either list.
